Just wanted to extend my sorrows and prayers to all the Deviant artists out there who had their work recently stolen. I know as a writer, I worry (sometimes needlessly) about my work being overwritten or used. Being unpublished, it is a worry every time I send out a submission or a full manuscript. I can copyright the story, but not the idea. And yes, that bothers me. Thanx to artists like RainFeatherPearl, and others alike, maybe something will be done for future artists and writers to be better protected. I know as a writer I am somewhat protected by the Berne Convention, but also as an accountant, I know that there are many ways around many laws.

So, this heartfelt message goes out to any and all who have had their art stolen. Stay together, fight it well. There is safety in numbers and many voices will be heard over just one. I have a feeling that everything will come out in the end.
